Your piece at National Review Online today (on ID) sounds like what I read in M. Fethullah Gulen’s The Essentials of Islam. A few years ago I invited some Turkish guys to come share about Islam with my Sunday school class. Later when I went and did a presentation at their mosque they gave me a copy of his book. How influential is Gulen – (a) in Turkey and (b) beyond?

I have just read your article in the NRO. Why do you keep quoting Darwin? Biology in general and evolutionary theory has progressed since his work. You could try reading Dawkins, rather than trying to damn him.
